Darin Murphy is an FBI Special Agent assigned to the Philadelphia division’s criminal cyber squad. He has almost 20 years of experience investigating a variety of cybercrimes for the FBI and has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in computer engineering. He will bring his expertise to present on the top 3 threats the FBI faces in the current cyber landscape and ways to protect yourself and your organization.
Meet Joseph Foster
Cloud Computing Program Manager at NASA
Joseph Foster, Cloud Computing Program Manager at NASA is a leader in Government Cloud Innovation whose expertise is frequently sought-after across the Federal Government. Joseph brings lessons learned and experience implementing High security Cloud at NGA as an Early Adopter as well as close relationships with community partners like NRO, CIA, NSA. He developed a functional ATO-approved system that is now a NASA Enterprise service in under 2 years and leads a Bi-monthly Environmental Data Systems working group with NASA, USGS, and NOAA. Joseph was a 2020 Robert H. Goddard Award Winner, 2021 OCIO Peer award for Leadership, 2021 Agency honors Award winner, 2021 AFFIRM Leadership in Cloud Computing Award winner. He served as the IT Program Manager at National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) from 2010-2018. Here he served on NGA’s Cloud Leadership Team, Cloud Adoption Management Group, and DevOps Council as well as 2 Intelligence Community-wide Cloud forums, the Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (ICITE) steering committee, and the ICITE Mission Users Group (MUG) Forum. Joseph brings lessons learned and experience implementing High security Cloud at NGA as an Early Adopter as well as close relationships with community partners like NRO, CIA, NSA.
Meet Arielle Baine

Arielle Baine serves as a Delaware Cyber State Coordinator and Cybersecurity Advisor for Region 3, in the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Ms. Baine is a part of the Cybersecurity Advisor (CSA) Program, which directly supports CISA’s mission and vision to strengthen the security, reliability, and resilience of the nation’s critical infrastructure within Delaware and the Philadelphia region. As a CSA, Arielle conducts various cyber preparedness, risk mitigation and incident response coordination activities through public and private partnerships and outreach efforts.
Arielle has over 8 years of experience in cybersecurity spanning the federal civilian and DoD communities. She currently holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification, the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification, the GIAC Certified Windows Security Administrator (GCWN) certification, the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification, and the Security+ certification. Ms. Baine is a graduate of Spelman College, University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, and holds her Masters of Science degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland University College.

Aaron Murphy is Field Technical Evangelist in the Product Strategy team. Aaron has more than 25 years of experience with Enterprise data management including backup, security, availability, DR and governance. Originally from the UK and now living in New Jersey he has extensive experience in the EMEA and Americas markets including global organizations concerned with data management best practices and regulatory requirements such as those in Finance, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Government. Aaron believes passionately about using data for business advantage and has championed solutions for new workloads such as Big Data and Kubernetes as well as intelligent data management solutions that use smart indexing, machine learning and search to assist with cloud migration, cost control, security and data governance.

Senior Vice President of Data Center and Cloud
Aaron D. Sawchuk is the Senior Vice President of Data Center and Cloud BD at FirstLight. In this role Aaron is focused on continuing to grow FirstLight’s Data Center and Cloud business in all of the markets we operate. Prior to joining FirstLight Aaron was the co-founder and chairman of ColoSpace, a leading provider of data center and cloud services in New England. At ColoSpace Aaron set and helped implement the overall technology and product development strategy at ColoSpace, focusing on building highly-available IT services that add significant value to customer operations. Aaron brings extensive experience in the IT-services and Internet Networking space, having spent more than twenty-five years founding and leading technology firms in New England. Aaron earned a degree in Economics from Middlebury College.
